Prita V.S. Omni Hospital....

My perspective on this case

We see cases of  prita mulya Sari with OMNI Hospital is exceptional. There are 2 thinks that appear from this case.

1. Omni Hospital made claim against Prita because the law is very weak. This provides an opportunity for these hospitals to conduct a lawsuit against Prita


2. Prita det so much support from various elements of the nation. This shows that so many elements of a nation that is no longer believed the existing law.

This indicates the need for reform in the legal field.

Would the government dare to do it? or the people will continue to volatile demand change.

When the government is not brave and not capable then people will be moving ... Hopefully the government can and dare ...
